Q. How many devices can I use simultaneously?
You may use up to 4 devices simultaneously.
Q. How do you identify the devices I use?
We identify your registered devices using a combination of the device’s cookie information and unique environment data (such as screen resolution, number of CPU cores, WebGL rendering data, etc.).
Please note that if browser settings are changed or the OS is updated on a registered device — causing part of the identifier data to change — the device may no longer be recognized as the same one. In that case, you will need to register it as a new device, provided you are still within the allowed number of devices.
Q. If I change devices, will I lose access?
Even if you switch devices, you can continue using the simulator as long as you access it from a previously registered device. Please note that changes to previously registered devices are not permitted.
If you access the service from a different device (e.g., new PC or smartphone), that device will be registered as a “new device.” If you have already reached the maximum number of allowable devices, you will not be able to access this service from that new device.
Please also note that no resets, restoration, or refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
Q. Is it necessary to enter personal information?
No. This tool is sold as a one-time purchase. You do not need to enter personal information at the time of purchase.
