Terms of Service-En

Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the Monte Carlo Simulator service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by us.
By using the Service, purchasers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Provision of the Service)

  1. The Service is provided in the form of access via a unique URL issued to the User after purchase.
  2. Users shall use the Service in accordance with the methods specified by us.
  3. The Service performs a Monte Carlo simulation of future asset amounts based on conditions input by the User — such as investment period, savings amount, initial investment, assumed return, standard deviation, number of trials — and provides reference information for future asset building.
  4. The Service does not guarantee investment results, nor does it provide sales of financial products or investment advice.
  5. Taxes, inflation (changes in consumer price levels), fees at time of purchase or during the investment period are not taken into account, and actual economic conditions or investment results may differ.

Article 2 (User Environment)

  1. Use of the Service requires an internet connection and a device/browser compatible with the Service.
  2. Preparing and maintaining the use environment is the responsibility of the User.
  3. The accompanying Excel tool operates on Microsoft Excel 2010 or later versions.

Article 3 (Management of the User’s Unique URL)

  1. The User shall bear responsibility for properly managing the unique URL issued at purchase.
  2. The User’s unique URL may be used on up to 4 devices (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.). If 5 or more devices are used, a separate purchase procedure is required.
  3. It is prohibited to transfer, lend, or share the User’s unique URL to/from a third party.
  4. We shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused by inadequate management by the User or use by a third party.

Article 4 (Fees & Payment)

  1. The Service usage fee shall be the amount specified by us, and payment methods shall be credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  2. After payment, no cancellation or refund shall be accepted.
  3. We do not issue receipts. The usage statement or billing details of the credit card / Google Pay / Apple Pay shall serve as a substitute for a receipt.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Analysis, modification, duplication, or reverse engineering of the Service.
  2. Public disclosure or sale of usage tokens to third parties.
  3. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  4. Other acts judged by us as inappropriate.
  5. Commercial use of the Service.

Article 6 (Suspension & Termination of Service)

  1. We may temporarily suspend or halt the provision of the Service for system maintenance, troubleshooting, or other unavoidable reasons.
  2. We may change the content of the Service without prior notice to the User.
  3. We may discontinue or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User.
  4. Even if damage occurs to the User due to suspension or termination of the Service, we shall bear no responsibility.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service does not guarantee any investment results, and we shall bear no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of using the Service.
  2. The simulation results of the Service are solely reference values and do not guarantee actual performance.
  3. We shall bear no responsibility for investment decisions made by the User based on the results of the Service.
  4. We shall bear no responsibility for damages resulting from system failures, communication troubles, or other delays, interruptions, or stoppages of the Service.
  5. This tool calculates simulated values based on historical risk-return data for a given period and does not guarantee that investment amounts will match simulation results. Furthermore, if unexpected declines in asset prices, economic shocks, crises, earthquakes, tsunamis, unrest, war, etc., occur, actual performance may deviate significantly from the simulated values. We shall bear no responsibility for any losses incurred by the User through use of this tool. The User undertakes investments at their own responsibility and judgment.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service, programs, designs, and data reside with us.
  2. The User shall limit use of the Service to personal, private use only.

Article 9 (Contract Termination)

If the User violates these Terms, we may invalidate the User’s unique URL without prior notice.

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

We may revise these Terms at any time as necessary, and the revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 11 (Device Identification Information & Use Limitations)

  1. To manage User device usage, in addition to cookie information, we use device-specific environment information (such as screen resolution, CPU core count, WebGL rendering info, etc.) to generate an identifier (hereinafter “Device Identification Information”).
  2. When a User accesses from a new device, it is registered as a “new device”; if the limit of allowed devices has been reached, the Service cannot be accessed from that device.
  3. Once a device is registered, it cannot be changed.
  4. Even for a previously registered device, if some part of the Device Identification Information changes due to browser settings, OS updates, etc., it may not be recognized as the same device. In that case, the User must use it as a new device within the allowed number of devices.
  5. If the User alters, deletes, or invalidates the Device Identification Information, or uses an environment in which the Device Identification Information cannot be obtained, they acknowledge in advance that all or part of the Service may not be available.
  6. Even if the Service becomes unavailable due to device limitations, we shall bear no responsibility for any damage incurred by the User.
  7. Even if the Service becomes unavailable due to device limitations, we will not provide resetting, recovery, refunds, or any compensation.

Article 12 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive original jurisdiction.
